The Sindh government, in collaboration with Google and Tech Valley, has launched over 30,000 Google Career Certificates scholarships for public university students, aiming to enhance digital skills and job market readiness.
Formalized at CM House Karachi, the initiative includes training in AI, Cybersecurity, Digital Marketing, IT Automation, and Project Management, with industry-recognized certifications achievable within six months.

Building on the success of the 2024 program, which saw 1,500 students complete training with a 100% success rate, this expansion underscores Sindh’s commitment to digital transformation and economic growth.
With a focus on inclusivity, 30% of scholarships are reserved for female students, alongside soft skills training to improve employability, reinforcing Sindh’s vision of becoming a hub for innovation and workforce development.
