Chakki flour Price Fixed at Rs. 100 Per Kg

The Karachi commissioner has fixed the price of chakki atta at Rs100 per kilogram, while fine atta is set to retail at Rs92 per kilogram, according to a recent notification. This move is part of the government’s effort to control essential commodity costs in the city and shield consumers from inflated prices.

In a separate development, two days ago in Sialkot, chicken meat prices jumped by Rs107 per kilogram, now reaching Rs700 per kilogram. Mutton prices have surged from Rs1,800 to Rs2,700 per kilogram, and beef prices have increased from Rs800 to Rs1,200 per kilogram. Meanwhile, in Karachi, despite the official chicken meat price being Rs650 per kilogram, market rates have exceeded Rs700 per kilogram, and the price of live chicken has also risen to Rs500 per kilogram.
