When he hit Hassan Ali for a six over short fine leg on Monday during his 36-run innings against Islamabad United, the left-hander became the first.
Before, Kamran Akmal, who hammered 89 sixes during his PSL career, held the record for the most sixes.

The 32-year-old is in excellent form as evidenced by his scorching 96-run innings from 45 balls against Peshawar Zalmi on Sunday, which helped his team defeat their opponent by 40 runs.

In the 45 balls he batted, Fakhar smashed 10 sixes—tied for the second-most in an HBL PSL innings—along with three fours.
