The Sindh government has announced revised school timings for the holy month of Ramadan.
According to a notification from the education department, double-shift primary schools will operate from 7:30 am to 11:30 am for the first shift and from 11:45 am to 2:45 pm for the second shift. Single-shift schools will function from 8:00 am to 12:30 pm.

On Fridays, primary schools with double shifts will have their first shift from 7:30 am to 10:30 am and the second from 11:45 am to 1:15 pm. Single-shift schools will close at 11:30 am.
For double-shift secondary, higher secondary, and elementary schools, the first shift will run from 7:30 am to 11:30 am and the second from 11:45 am to 2:45 pm. Single-shift schools will operate from 8:00 am to 12:30 pm.
On Fridays, the first shift will conclude at 10:30 am and the second at 1:15 pm, while single-shift schools will function from 8:00 am to 11:30 am.
With Ramadan approaching, excitement among Muslims worldwide is growing. The holy month is expected to begin on March 1 or 2, depending on the crescent moon sighting.
