The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has announced an open auction for commercial plots at the Jinnah Convention Center in Islamabad, scheduled from February 25 to 28, 2025.
The auction will begin daily at 10:00 AM.
A range of commercial plots will be available, including those for Marakaz, industrial sites, apartments, Park Enclave, Class-III shopping centers, constructed shops at Blue Area parking plazas, and commercial plots in Blue Area.

Incentives for Investors: CDA has introduced several policies to attract investors:
- A 5% rebate for payments made in U.S. dollars.
- A 10% rebate for full payment within one month.
- Building plans approved after an initial 25% payment.
- No charges for site and marketing offices during the approved construction period.
- Extended payment plan allowing the remaining 75% to be paid in six equal installments over two years.
- Possession of the plot granted after paying 75% of the premium, with a valid bank guarantee for the remaining amount.
Auction Details: Brochures will be available at the CDA Facilitation Center, Directorate of Estate Management II, starting February 14, 2025. Interested investors can also download the brochures from the CDA website (www.cda.gov.pk).
