The Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony has authorized private Hajj organizing companies to begin bookings for Hajj 2025, with reservations open from January 10 to 31. The ministry has outlined various Hajj packages under the private scheme, which are now available for pilgrims on its official website.
Basic Hajj packages range from Rs1.1 million to Rs2.15 million, while premium packages exceeding Rs3 million require approval from the Hajj Policy Formulation Committee. The ministry has emphasized that private operators must follow the Service Provider Agreement (SPA) for bookings. For packages above Rs3 million, full details must be submitted during the approval process, and all transactions will be shared with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and other relevant authorities.

Pilgrims are advised to verify the registration of private companies using the ministry’s website or the ‘Pak Hajj’ mobile application before making payments. The ministry has also issued strict instructions to ensure all payments are made through the company’s official bank account, with a signed service agreement required for every package.
