DuckChain Secures $5 Million in Strategic Funding to Enhance Blockchain Ecosystem

DuckChain, a layer-2 solution designed to enhance the TON blockchain, has raised $5 million in a strategic funding round led by prominent investors such as dao5, Offchain Labs, Kenetic Capital, and DWF Ventures. Additional support comes from Oak Grove Ventures, Skyland Ventures, GeekCartel, Gate.io, and Presto. The funds will be used to improve Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) compatibility, scale the TON ecosystem, and attract users from various blockchain networks.

To further expand its ecosystem, DuckChain has partnered with Arbitrum, OKX Wallet, and OnePieceLab. In addition, DuckChain is hosting the Yellow Duck Mission Hackathon from December 15, 2024, to January 15, 2025, encouraging developers to create decentralized applications (dApps) across multiple tracks. The hackathon offers a total prize pool of $1 million in DuckChain Tokens, with $500,000 going to the winners, and additional prizes for creative and community-driven projects.

DuckChain’s platform aims to provide scalable, secure, and efficient solutions for industries such as logistics, supply chain management, and finance. The native $DUCK token powers the ecosystem, facilitating transactions, dApp operations, and fee payments. DuckChain’s wallet and OKX MiniApp also offer seamless user experiences, enabling users to manage their tokens securely and access blockchain features on mobile devices.

The platform has seen significant growth, with $DUCK’s price influenced by factors such as adoption rates and technological advancements. As DuckChain continues to expand its ecosystem and user base, experts predict the platform’s influence in the blockchain space will continue to grow, positioning it as a key player in the future of digital assets.
