Gold prices in Pakistan have reached historic highs, with the price surpassing Rs 282,000 per tola for the first time ever. This surge is attributed to continued increases in both global and local gold markets.
In the latest trading session, the price of 24-carat gold rose by Rs 500, reaching Rs 282,300 per tola. Meanwhile, the price for 10 grams of gold increased by Rs 429, bringing it to Rs 242,027.

On the global stage, the price of gold per ounce also reached an all-time high, rising by $5 to hit $2,726.
