The first Test match is set to commence on October 7 at the Multan Cricket Stadium, kicking off what promises to be an exciting contest between two top cricketing nations. Following the opening match, the second Test will also be held in Multan, starting on October 15, while the third and final Test is slated for Rawalpindi, beginning on October 24.

This series is a significant part of the ongoing ICC World Test Championship 2023-2025 cycle, raising the stakes for both teams as they aim to improve their standings. Pakistan, led by Shan Masood, is preparing rigorously after a disappointing 2-0 whitewash against Bangladesh at home. The team is determined to bounce back and deliver strong performances in front of their home crowd.

In terms of team selection, emphasis has been placed on player fitness, with individuals like Aamir Jamal returning from injury. The coaching staff is closely monitoring the physical readiness of all players as they gear up for the challenging series ahead.
