Pakistan’s wicketkeeper-batsman Mohammad Rizwan suffered a hamstring injury during the ongoing T20I series against New Zealand, leading to his retirement hurt during the third T20I.

After a medical assessment, the team doctor advised Rizwan to refrain from further participation in the series to focus on rest and rehabilitation for a full recovery.
