[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text dp_text_size=”size-4″]Caretaker Chief Minister Arshad Hussain Shah of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has announced the establishment of a quantum valley in Abbottabad and Haripur districts, modeled after Silicon Valley in California. The aim is to provide training and education in Information & Communication Technology.
The announcement was made during inauguration ceremonies at Haripur University and Abbottabad University. The chief minister urged higher education institutes to align their education and training with market needs.

Describing it as the country’s first-ever project, he emphasized launching it out of passion. Admissions are set to commence this week. The initiative involves repurposing school buildings in merged districts and other parts of KP to provide market-oriented training to youth.
The chief minister highlighted the potential for the initiative to facilitate youth employment in European countries, Korea, Japan, and the Middle East, where there is significant demand. The government aims to produce 500,000 skilled human resources initially, with the potential for expansion based on demand.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
