Earlier, the South Korean giant had increased prices on its most popular models, including the KIA Sportage. However, the latest developments have led to a decrease in car prices as these companies have chosen to pass on the benefits to the general public.

KIA and MG were the first to revise car prices in response to the strengthening of the local currency, and it is expected that other car manufacturers will follow suit.
Under the new pricing structure, the Sportage FWD, previously priced at Rs8,190,000, now costs Rs8,040,000, reflecting a reduction of Rs1.5 lakh. Similarly, the price of the KIA Sportage AWD has also been reduced by Rs1.5 lakh.
The price of the Sportage Black has decreased by Rs350,000 to Rs9,300,000, and the Sorento 3.5L FWD has seen a price cut of Rs5 lakh.
