The conflict escalated during a heated discussion on political matters, with both individuals resorting to derogatory terms like “boot chaat” (shoe licker), a phrase commonly used in Pakistan to accuse someone of being a military stooge.

The situation turned violent when they began involving each other’s families. In a video of the incident, Marwat can be seen standing up from his seat and physically assaulting Afnan, who also responded with aggression.
