This accomplishment underscores the council’s unwavering commitment to the medical community and the enhancement of healthcare services throughout the country.
The Pakistan Medical Council has been steadfast in addressing the concerns of doctors, students, and relevant stakeholders. In a mere nine months, the Licensing Department has achieved remarkable milestones, including issuing 41,004 renewals, granting 13,208 provisional registrations to recent graduates, and providing 13,888 full registrations to doctors who have successfully completed their house jobs.

Additionally, the council has issued 9,440 good-standing certificates to doctors planning to work abroad, streamlining their transition. To recognize and support medical professionals with supplementary postgraduate qualifications, the council has also approved 2,806 registrations.
Prof. Dr. Rizwan, the President of PMDC, emphasized the department’s commitment to facilitating doctors, students, and stakeholders for the betterment of Pakistan.
