Ishaq Dar authorises a Rs 404.7 million technical grant.

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text dp_text_size=”size-4″]Following a long debate, the Cabinet’s Economic Coordination Committee (ECC) authorised a technical grant of Rs 404.7 million on Wednesday, according to ARY News.

Finance Minister Ishaq Dar presided over an ECC meeting that approved a Rs 404.7 million technical grant.

The money were primarily given for the upkeep of the Supreme Court building, residential accommodations for justices, administrative matters, and Heavy Electrical Complex personnel wages.

The ECC also discussed and approved Rs. 157.734 million in additional funds in favour of the Ministry of Industries and Production for the payment of Heavy Electrical Complex (HEC) employees’ salaries, markup to Bank of Khyber, and operating/running expenses, subject to Finance Division reconciliation.

The ECC members reviewed a summary provided by the Ministry of Energy (Petroleum Division) of the framework agreement between Pakistan LNG Limited (PLL) and the State Oil Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SOCAR).[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
