Customers in Karachi can pre-book a ride 90 minutes ahead of time by sending a text message (SMS) or a voice note on Whatsapp with their formal request.
To use the service, customers must provide their registered names and phone numbers, as well as the pickup and drop-off location details, for their Careem account:

Manually booked rides are only available in cash to ensure a smooth experience, as digital payments are also hampered by the suspension of mobile internet services. This is a limited-time service that will be available until mobile internet service is restored.
