A family in Quetta has welcomed quintuplets after a local woman gave birth to five babies—three daughters and two sons—at a private hospital, bringing joy to the family and medical staff alike.
According to doctors, both the mother and the newborns are in satisfactory condition and are receiving continuous medical care following the successful delivery.
The rare birth took place at a private hospital in Quetta, where the woman safely delivered all five babies. Medical staff described the delivery as successful and said both the mother and her children are recovering well.
As a precaution, all five newborns have been shifted to a special care unit, where they will remain under close observation for the next 10 days.
Hospital officials said the babies are being monitored around the clock to ensure their healthy development and to address any medical needs promptly.
The family shared that the couple already had three children before the birth of the quintuplets. With the arrival of three baby girls and two baby boys, the family’s total number of children has now grown to eight.
Doctors expressed optimism about the recovery of both the mother and the newborns, adding that they continue to receive the necessary medical attention to ensure a healthy start to life.
