Germany has announced the Rosa Luxemburg Foundation Scholarship 2027 for international students seeking to pursue higher education and research. Pakistani students can also apply for the fully funded PhD scholarship at recognized universities in Germany.
The scholarship provides financial support for selected students for a maximum period of three years. It is designed for international PhD candidates who have secured admission to an eligible doctoral programme at a German university.
Selected scholars will receive a monthly stipend of €1,500. They will also receive a monthly mobility allowance of €100 along with a one-time lump-sum payment of €20. These benefits are intended to provide financial support to students during their doctoral studies.
Students from almost all academic disciplines can apply for the scholarship. However, medical education is excluded from the programme. Applicants must first secure admission to a PhD programme at a recognized university in Germany.
