United Auto Industries (Pvt.) Ltd. has announced a hike in motorcycle prices due to increasing production expenses and higher raw material costs.
In a notification issued on April 3, the company stated that it had previously tried to keep prices stable despite ongoing inflation. However, the recent surge in petrol prices and the rising cost of raw materials have made it difficult to continue at existing rates.
As a result, prices for several models have been revised. The increase ranges between Rs. 3,000 and Rs. 5,000 depending on the engine category. Motorcycles with 70cc and 100cc engines have seen a price increase of Rs. 3,000, while 125cc models have become more expensive by Rs. 5,000.
The company confirmed that the new prices will come into effect from April 11, 2026, and will be applicable to all new bookings from that date onward. Officials added that the decision was made after carefully reviewing rising input costs and prevailing market conditions.
