[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text dp_text_size=”size-4″]Lollywood frequently accuses Bollywood of openly plagiarising the material of Pakistani programmes, including music. Therefore, once again, the battle against plagiarism has begun among neighbouring countries, but this time, Zee Music has revealed that the OST of the blockbuster drama Tere Bin is a copy of the chorus portion of ‘Mera Intkam Dekhegi’ from the film Shaadi Mein Zaroor Aana.
As a result of the claim, the OST and numerous episodes were removed from YouTube. However, the charge was proven untrue, and the OST was reinstated.
Tere Bin, Geo Entertainment’s current hit starring Yumna Zaidi and Wahaj Ali, has been a huge success for the channel. It has achieved excellent television ratings and has trended online for each episode over the border.

Furthermore, the OST was a huge success across all platforms, with 15 million views on YouTube alone.
After Zee Music’s recent allegation, some individuals pointed out similarities between the two songs, but the response has been overwhelmingly in favour of the Pakistani drama. Supporters are outraged and call it an injustice. Some stated the motive was jealously because the OST and show were doing well on YouTube in India.
There has been no official remark from Zee Music or Geo Entertainment on this matter.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
