Authorities have recovered wreckage of Indian drones in separate incidents across Gujranwala, Gujrat, and Chakwal, further escalating regional tensions. In Gujranwala, Pakistan’s air defense system successfully shot down a drone early Thursday morning, with its fragments located in Solkhanabad and subsequently sent for laboratory examination.
In Gujrat’s Pir Jand suburb, explosions were heard late at night, leading local law enforcement to discover four scattered pieces of drone debris. One fragment even crashed through the roof of a home belonging to a resident named Nawaz, though fortunately no injuries were reported.
