A quiet neighborhood was jolted by the terrified screams of two young girls, leading neighbors to discover a horrific scene inside their home. The house, belonging to Faisal Saghiruddin, his wife Sana, their son Muhammad Ali, and two daughters, turned into a crime scene when Sana and her son were found dead under brutal circumstances.

Sana lay in a pool of blood, her throat slit with a sharp knife. Nearby, her husband Faisal was unconscious with a severe neck wound, the suspected weapon still clutched in his hand. Their son, Muhammad Ali, was also dead but bore no visible injuries.
The traumatized daughters, Aimal and Bareera, were rescued by neighbors and handed over to their uncle. Police recovered a knife from the scene and sent the bodies for autopsy, while Faisal—critically injured—was transferred to Civil Hospital for treatment.
Police Investigation:
SSP Tariq Elahi Mastoi of District West stated that preliminary evidence suggests Faisal may have killed his wife and son before attempting suicide. The daughters told police they slept unusually late (until 4:30 PM), raising suspicions they were sedated.
Neighbors, who described the family as peaceful, said they had never heard any disputes. Faisal, a local hardware store owner, had rented the house a year and a half ago. Investigations are ongoing to determine the motive behind the tragedy.
