In a video posted on his X account on Sunday, Zaka, who was busy at Stanford University, California, responded to Yasir’s claims. He emphasized the need to conclude the matter, suggesting Yasir was making these allegations for ratings and publicity.

Zaka recalled an incident from 2020 when Yasir invited the parents of a girl who had been murdered after sexual abuse, causing them distress on TV. When criticized, Yasir denied inviting the parents, claiming her team approached the channel through Sarim Burney for “media support.” Zaka played a video of a supposed social activist visiting the child’s home, refuting Yasir’s claim.
Attempting to debunk another claim, Zaka asserted that the FIR for the incident was filed the same day the girl disappeared, not after appearing on Yasir’s show. He stated Yasir was upset over his efforts to challenge her claims and revealed he had requested Salman Iqbal to replace Yasir as the morning show host.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
