The district administration of Islamabad is intensifying its crackdown on wall chalking and the distribution of pamphlets, both of which are prohibited in the federal capital. In a recent enforcement action, four individuals have been charged for violating these regulations.
The Deputy Commissioner of Islamabad has instructed all Assistant Commissioners to accelerate operations to ensure adherence to the ban. Wall chalking is categorically prohibited, and the distribution of pamphlets, along with the display of posters, is not permitted.

The DC has issued a warning that strict legal action will be taken against those who violate these regulations, emphasizing the administration’s commitment to maintaining public order and cleanliness in the city.
