A recent study has revealed that waking up early significantly boosts happiness, productivity, and overall health.
The research highlights several benefits of early rising. One of the key advantages is a reduced risk of depression, attributed to increased secretion of serotonin, often referred to as the “happiness hormone.”
The study also found that individuals who woke up early showed higher productivity levels. In particular, students attending morning classes performed better academically compared to their evening-focused peers.
