The verdict in the £190 million reference case against PTI founder Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi will be announced tomorrow (Monday) at Adiala Jail.
PTI’s legal team has been officially informed by the accountability court staff about the hearing. Lawyer Khalid Yousaf Chaudhry confirmed the notification regarding the decision announcement.

The verdict, previously postponed twice, was initially set for December 23, later delayed to January 6, and is now scheduled for January 13. The last hearing took place on December 18 at Adiala Jail, where the verdict will also be delivered.
The trial, lasting a year, is the only case against Imran Khan spanning this duration.
The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) arrested Imran Khan on November 13, 2023, and after 17 days of interrogation, filed the £190 million reference on December 1, 2023.
On February 27, 2024, the court formally indicted Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi. Testimonies from 35 witnesses, including former Principal Secretary Azam Khan, ex-Chief Minister Pervez Khattak, and former Federal Minister Zubaida Jalal, were recorded.
Throughout the trial, four judges oversaw the proceedings: Judge Muhammad Bashir, Judge Nasir Javed Rana, Judge Muhammad Ali Warraich, and finally, Judge Nasir Javed Rana again.
