Despite losing Imam ul Haq when the team score was 13, Abdullah Shafique and Shan Masood kept the run rate over six.

Shafique completed his fifty in just 49 balls, while Shan Masood continued to score at a strike rate of more than 100. Masood got his fifty in 44 balls.
