Hyderabad Tragedy: Two Girls Killed by Train While Filming TikTok Video

Hyderabad – In a heartbreaking incident, two young girls lost their lives after being struck by a train while recording a TikTok video on the railway tracks near Auto Bhan Road.

According to local police, the victims were students at a private college and had been filming content when the tragic accident occurred. Eyewitnesses reported that the girls were unaware of the oncoming train until it was too late. Both died on the spot. Their bodies were later shifted to a nearby hospital, and an investigation into the matter is ongoing.

This shocking incident comes just weeks after a similar tragedy in Karachi, where a 12-year-old boy named Muhammad Nawaz died from a gunshot wound under mysterious circumstances in the Ayub Goth area of the SITE Super Highway Industrial Zone.

According to police, the boy was alone at home while his parents were out shopping for Eid. Preliminary findings suggest that a licensed pistol, belonging to his father, accidentally discharged while Nawaz was reportedly filming a video. The bullet hit him in the head, and he died instantly. His body was moved to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital by Chhipa volunteers.

Nawaz’s uncle confirmed that the boy was filming a video at the time of the incident and was the only son of his parents. The family believes he may have been recording a TikTok video when the accident happened. It was also revealed that the father, who owns the pistol, has been unemployed for some time.

These back-to-back tragedies have reignited concerns about the unsafe use of social media platforms like TikTok, especially among youth who risk their lives for online content. Authorities have urged parents to supervise their children’s online activities and discourage dangerous stunts for social media fame.
