Turkish University Grants Scholarships To Pakistani Students

TED University in Ankara is extending scholarships to Pakistani students, enabling them to pursue undergraduate and graduate studies in Turkey starting from the Fall 2024 semester.

These scholarships, ranging from 25% to 100%, are awarded based on academic achievements, with Pakistani applicants exempt from GRE and English language tests, streamlining the application process. Can Öney from the International Programs Office emphasized the institution’s dedication to providing quality education and support services.

Undergraduate programs span diverse fields such as architecture and business administration, while graduate programs offer specialized courses including applied data science and migration studies. With approximately 5,000 students and a favorable faculty-to-student ratio of 24:1, TED University ensures personalized guidance and ample research opportunities.

Haares Munir, Head of the International Student Community, lauded the institution’s inclusive environment and initiatives for leadership development. Munir Ahmed, Executive Director of Devcom-Pakistan, advocated for enhanced collaboration between Turkey and Pakistan to strengthen bilateral relations.

Levent Ocal expressed gratitude to Pakistani families for entrusting their children’s education to Turkey, highlighting the warm reception Pakistani students receive. This scholarship initiative by TED University presents a valuable opportunity for Pakistani students to pursue higher education abroad, fostering cultural exchange and academic growth between the two nations.
