Speculation about a Trump Tower being built in Islamabad has gone viral after the X (formerly Twitter) account South Asia Index claimed that the Trump Organization is in discussions with a Pakistani real estate tycoon to bring the luxury brand to the capital.
According to the post, the project is still in its early phases but could attract major foreign investment. The proposed tower is expected to feature the same luxury design and standards found in Trump properties in Dubai and Istanbul, catering to affluent clients, expatriates, and business executives.

These rumors aren’t entirely new. Back in January 2025, a local media outlet, quoting journalist Umar Cheema, reported that Donald Trump might pursue a Trump Tower project in Pakistan, with his close associate Gentry Beach reportedly involved.
