Trump Calls ‘Epic Fury’ a Major Victory Against Iran

Donald Trump praised the United States military operation against Iran, describing the campaign named “Epic Fury” as an extraordinary success and giving it what he called a “15 out of 10” rating. The US president commended American armed forces for their role in the military escalation, saying the operation demonstrated the strength and capability of the United States military during a critical moment in regional tensions.

Speaking about the strikes, Trump claimed that Washington had effectively served both the global community and the Middle East by targeting Iranian military infrastructure. He argued that the military action was necessary to counter what he described as growing threats from Iran. According to him, the strikes were carried out to maintain stability in the region and to prevent further escalation of security risks across the Middle East.

Without naming specific individuals, Trump also claimed that those killed during the strikes inside Iran were people who held what he described as an “extremely sick and dangerous mindset.” He suggested that eliminating such elements was important for global safety. His remarks reflected the administration’s position that the military campaign targeted individuals and facilities believed to pose serious threats to international security.

Iranian authorities, however, presented a very different picture of the consequences. Officials in Tehran reported that the human toll from the attacks had been extremely high. According to their claims, more than 1,330 people have been killed since the start of the strikes, including several senior officials and military leaders within the Iranian leadership structure.

Among those reportedly killed are Ali Khamenei, along with the country’s army chief, defense minister, national security adviser, and the commander of the powerful Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps. Iranian authorities have described the attacks as devastating, accusing the United States of causing widespread destruction and loss of life during the operation.

Trump also claimed that the American military campaign had inflicted serious damage on Iran’s armed forces. According to his statement, US forces destroyed 42 Iranian naval vessels during the operation. He further said that Iran’s air force and communication systems were heavily crippled, significantly weakening the country’s military capabilities in the region.

The US president added that American forces targeted key installations connected to Iran’s nuclear program. Trump argued that Iran was approaching the capability to develop nuclear weapons and that the strikes were aimed at preventing that possibility. According to him, the attacks were designed to disrupt Tehran’s strategic infrastructure and halt its progress toward nuclear armament.

Calling the campaign a “major victory,” Trump said the strikes delivered a decisive blow to Iran’s military power. He emphasized that the operation demonstrated the effectiveness of US military strategy and its ability to carry out complex missions against strategic targets.

Trump also announced that he would soon travel to Dover Air Force Base, where the remains of six American soldiers killed in the conflict will be received with full military honors. The ceremony is expected to be a solemn event recognizing the sacrifice of the servicemen who lost their lives during the confrontation.
