The mesmerizing snowfall transformed Murree into a vibrant weekend getaway, drawing crowds seeking to escape to the serene hill station. The combination of chilly weather and scenic landscapes made it a prime spot for winter enthusiasts.

In preparation for the snowfall season, the Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) has enhanced Murree’s emergency preparedness. Rescue teams have been equipped with snow chains, jackets, and winter gear to ensure visitor safety.

These precautions aim to prevent tragedies like the 2022 snowfall disaster that claimed two dozen lives. Visitors are urged to stay updated on weather conditions and contact PDMA’s helpline for emergencies.
