Progress in the Case

  • Eight witnesses have recorded their statements so far.
  • Cross-examination of the seventh witness, Qaiser Mehmood, remains incomplete.

Concerns Over Sudden Postponements

Following the adjournment, PTI founder’s lawyer, Faisal Chaudhry, highlighted on X (formerly Twitter) that the hearing for the GHQ attack case has also been postponed until February 26.

Expressing concern over these delays, he raised questions about the health and safety of PTI founder and Bushra Bibi, particularly given past reports of solitary confinement and inhumane treatment.

The legal team is now demanding immediate access to meet PTI founder and Bushra Bibi to ensure their well-being and update the public.
