For the fourth year in a row, the UAE passport has been ranked as the world’s most powerful, according to a new passport index. It offers visa-free access to 133 countries, covering about 90% of global destinations. European nations claimed the remaining top spots, with Spain, Finland, France, and Germany rounding out the top five.

The UK passport, once a strong contender, has fallen from 22nd to 32nd place, marking a notable decline. UK citizens still enjoy visa-free access to 118 countries, just 15 fewer than UAE passport holders, but have been surpassed by several other nations.
Other countries featured in the top 30 most powerful passports include Belgium, Italy, Denmark, and South Korea, while Japan, once a top contender, has slipped to the lower half of the top 30.
