Islamabad is set to welcome a world-class Safari Park, thanks to efforts by the Capital Development Authority (CDA). The new park will feature enhanced facilities, upgraded animal habitats, and new attractions, aiming to boost both recreational and tourism sectors in the city.
Recently, CDA Board members, representatives from the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO), and other officials convened to discuss the project. The Islamabad Safari Park is designed to offer a unique experience for both local and international visitors, enhancing the city’s reputation as a top tourist destination. The FCDO will provide technical support to ensure the park meets international standards.
Additionally, the CDA Chairman announced plans to upgrade facilities at F-9 Park, further improving outdoor recreational opportunities for residents. The initiative draws inspiration from leading global safari parks to create a premier attraction in Islamabad.
