Samsung Galaxy S23 OS 4x larger than pixel 7 and 2x than windows 11.
The Galaxy S23 is slowly making its way into the general public’s hands. Mishaal Rahman, senior technical editor at Esper, notes that Samsung’s most recent phone is noticeably out of sync with the majority of the ecosystem in a storage space research.
According to several consumers, the phone’s OS partition consumes about 60GB right out of the box. Over half of a 128GB phone’s storage space is used up by the Android operating system and pre-installed apps. That is four times the size of the 15GB default OS partition on the Pixel 7 Pro. It is comparable in size to two separate installations of Windows 11.
