Samsung’s first 5nm chip for Ambarella, the CV3-AD685, features a powerful artificial intelligence (AI) engine and a GPU that is suitable for use in automobiles. The new processor enables Level 2+ to Level 4 autonomous driving software, according to the specs.

The new device can process computer vision, deep sensor fusion, 4D imaging radar neural networks, and ADAS path planning.
