Bollywood veteran Tabassum, popularly known as Tabu, recently revealed that she had turned down multiple film offers with Shah Rukh Khan. In an interview with Indian media, Tabu shared her approach to selecting film projects, stating, “I was offered numerous films with Shah Rukh Khan, but I declined. I believe Shah Rukh also turns down many projects.”

Tabu clarified that her decision to decline was not about competing or overshadowing Shah Rukh Khan. She emphasized the importance of mutual respect and giving each other space in professional settings.
Regarding retirement, the 52-year-old actress stated she has no plans to retire soon and encouraged writers and filmmakers to create roles that align with her strengths. She also addressed the issue of insecurity among actors, advocating for adaptability and positive coexistence with all colleagues, regardless of their confidence levels.
