Suspect Caught In Visa Scam Outside US Consulate

A man attempting to fraudulently obtain a US visa was arrested by the Anti-Human Trafficking Circle in Karachi following a tip-off from the US consulate. The suspect, identified as Muhammad Ibrahim, was apprehended near the consulate after allegedly submitting forged documents to support his visa application.

Authorities revealed that Ibrahim used counterfeit medical certificates and fake attestations from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to strengthen his case. These documents were presented in an effort to mislead consular officials during the application process.
