PSPC Launches Third Batch of Leadership Induction Program for Fresh Graduates
KARACHI – Pakistan Security Printing Corporation (Pvt.) Limited (PSPC), a wholly owned subsidiary of the State Bank of Pakistan, has officially opened applications for the third batch of its Leadership Induction Program (PLIP) 2025.
This prestigious initiative is designed to recruit fresh graduates as Management Trainees and Engineering Trainees, with the goal of nurturing future leaders to contribute towards the nation’s economic and industrial development.

Interested applicants can submit their applications online by June 2, 2025, through PSPC’s official career portal: www.pspc.gov.pk/careers.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Minimum of 16 years of education in relevant disciplines.
- Age Limit:
- General candidates: Maximum 26 years
- Candidates from Ex-FATA, Gilgit-Baltistan, Balochistan, and AJK: Age relaxation up to 3 years
- Existing PSPC non-management staff: Maximum age limit is 50 years
Disciplines for Management Trainees:
Graduates from the following academic backgrounds are eligible:
- Business Administration
- Public Administration
- Economics
- Social Sciences
- Commerce
- Finance & Accounting
- Information Systems & Technology
- Mathematics
- Human Resource Management
- Engineering
- ACCA, CA, and related qualifications
Disciplines for Trainee Engineers:
Applicants with degrees from PEC-recognized institutions in the following fields are encouraged to apply:
- Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, Electrical, Electronics
- Mechatronics, Industrial & Manufacturing
- Chemistry, Product Design
- Fine Arts (including Painting, Printmaking, Multimedia)
- Other relevant technical fields
Salary and Benefits
- Training Phase: Monthly stipend of Rs. 40,000
- Post-Training: Competitive salary of Rs. 80,000, along with benefits aligned with the Assistant Manager grade
