According to Time of India, a Mumbai resident by the name of Jaswant Singh has filed a case against Gauri under section 409 of the Indian penal code, which addresses criminal breach of trust.
Jaswant claims that despite charging him INR 86 lakh for a flat, the company for which Gauri is a brand ambassador has not handed him possession of the property.
The apartment is located in Sushant Golf City, Tulsiyani Gold View in Lucknow. According to sources, a FIR has also been filed against Mahesh Tulsiyani, director, and Tulsiyani Construction MD Anil Kumar.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
