On Friday, Snoop confirmed via Instagram that his role at the Paris Games earned him a substantial sum. He shared a video stating that he received over 40 million rubles daily, totaling nearly $9 million for the 17-day event.

Snoop was reportedly paid to enhance the Games’ visibility, with almost every top broadcast featuring his presence. He attended major Olympic events, reinforcing his role as a significant figure at the Games.

Rumors about Snoop’s earnings emerged earlier when a tweet claimed he made $500,000 a day plus expenses for promoting the Olympics. Snoop’s journey included carrying the Olympic torch and teaming up with Michael Phelps for a humorous synchronized swimming routine.

He also capped off his experience with a standout performance at the closing ceremony, performing hits like “Drop It Like It’s Hot” and “The Next Episode” alongside Dr. Dre.
