Data released by the Karachi Sarafa Association indicated that the price of gold (24 carats) increased by Rs. 100 per tola to reach Rs. 229,500, while the price of 10 grams rose by Rs. 86 to Rs. 196,760.
This follows a previous day’s increase of Rs. 1,200 per tola after remaining stable on Monday.

Meanwhile, in the global market, gold prices exhibited little movement in a trade characterized by a narrow range, with the dollar edging higher. Investors awaited further clarity on the direction of the US Federal Reserve’s monetary policy.
