Sirbaz Khan is now the second Pakistani to achieve this feat, following Sajid Sadpara, who also climbed the 8,849-meter peak without artificial oxygen.
Sirbaz Ali has now successfully summited 11 out of the 14 peaks above 8,000 meters without oxygen support, making him the first and only Pakistani to achieve this. Last year, he made history by becoming the only Pakistani to scale thirteen of the world’s highest 14 peaks.

Khan added another achievement to his record by climbing the 8,188-meter-high Cho Oyo peak, the world’s sixth-highest peak located in the Tibet region of China. He summited this peak without oxygen support, becoming the first Pakistani to scale ten peaks above 8,000 meters without supplementary oxygen.
He began his final ascent from camp-I of the mountain a day before reaching the summit on Monday. With his passion for climbing, Sirbaz now aims to scale Shishapangma, an 8,027-meter peak, to complete his campaign of climbing all 14 of the world’s highest peaks.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
