The police have collected data on the damaged or destroyed motorcycles. People whose cars were damaged by the mob will also be compensated by the Sindh government. Following the arrest of former Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan, Wahab claims that supporters and activists of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) committed vandalism and destruction.

Individuals seeking restitution must file a First Information Report (FIR) about the incident. This will strengthen the cases against the arsonists.

The Additional Inspector General (AIG) of Karachi recently met with SSPs involved in the investigation and directed them to contact victims of the May 9 riots and register cases based on their complaints.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
