The Sindh government has declared a Public Holiday on December 27 to mark the 18th death anniversary of former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto. On this day, all government offices and local councils across the province will remain closed to honor her legacy.

December 25, which coincides with Christmas, also marks the birth anniversary of Quaid-e-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah, the founder of Pakistan.
