Imran Khan’s Nephew Shahrez Khan Released from Jai

Shahrez Khan, nephew of PTI founder Imran Khan and son of Aleema Khan, has been freed from Kot Lakhpat Jail following the approval of his bail by the Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC).

Reports confirm that Shahrez secured his release after completing the required legal formalities, including the submission of surety bonds. The process was finalized today, leading to his immediate release from prison.

A day earlier, ATC Judge Manzar Ali Gill had announced the verdict on Shahrez’s bail plea, which had been under consideration. After reviewing the case, the court granted bail and directed authorities to process his release.

With the completion of all formalities, Shahrez Khan walked out of Kot Lakhpat Jail, marking the end of his custody period. His bail approval has been seen as a significant legal relief for the family of PTI’s founder at a time when several members and supporters of the party are facing legal challenges.

The development comes as part of ongoing court proceedings related to various cases in which PTI leaders and their relatives have been implicated.
