During the press conference, Rana Ihsan explained his reasons for leaving PML-N, attributing his decision to a personal transformation in his political ideology. He acknowledged that the PPP played a pivotal role in his change of perspective, recalling his long history with PML-N and the personal tragedy of losing his brother during the city’s terrorism wave.

Ihsan further emphasized the support he received from PPP, noting that the party stands by its workers in difficult times, which influenced his decision. His comments highlighted the importance of loyalty and solidarity within political parties.

This development is seen as a significant shift in Sindh’s political landscape, potentially reshaping the strategies of both PML-N and PPP as they prepare for upcoming elections.
