Sec 144 in Islamabad

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text dp_text_size=”size-4″]The Islamabad administration imposed Section 144 near the federal capital’s courts on Thursday, citing security concerns, according to news.

According to the Islamabad Capital Police spokeswoman, rallies near the federal capital’s courts have been outlawed, and only concerned attorneys and journalists will be permitted access.

In response to security threats, this action has been taken, and the public has been urged to phone the 15 Pukaar helpline if they see any suspicious activity in Islamabad.

Imran Khan, the head of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), and other party officials were previously the target of another case filed by the Islamabad police for attacking, vandalising, and harming the courthouse.

A case was filed under Section 353/7 of the ATA and other provisions against the PTI leaders and several employees.

The FIR claims that “political party” leaders were in charge of the mob and incited vandalism by provoking the crowd.

According to the report, a plan was developed to assault the Islamabad High Court (IHC) and the Federal Judicial Complex.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
