Section 144 has been enforced in both Rawalpindi and Islamabad as security has been tightened ahead of scheduled meetings between Imran Khan and his family, legal team, and senior PTI leaders at Adiala Jail on Tuesday.
Authorities have increased security around the jail, and all schools and markets along Adiala Road have been closed as a precautionary measure.
PTI has submitted a list of six party leaders and lawyers who will meet the former prime minister. The list includes PTI Chairman Barrister Gohar Khan, Salman Akram Raja, Barrister Salman Safdar, Ali Zaman, Sardar Nabi, and Talat Mehmood.
